  • If I could leave negative stars I would. Let's start by saying the pedicure was ok. The scrub they use felt like 40 grit being rubbed on my legs. Not nice then I get burned by the paraffin wax. Massage chair was the highlight. On to my purpose of the visit, to get my nails done. I wanted the SNS nails and showed them a design I wanted on them. No can't do it. So then I asked for gel nails with the design. No can't do it and said they don't have gel. So I asked why they have it in the brochure and online? Many designs on website but they have trouble with doing a feather. Hmmm. Got switched to 3 different people all of whom had no clue how to do nails. I was adamant on having mine soaked off as they usually do with dipping powder nails. No she just wanted to cut them down and use the old material that was lifting off and split after my stating I have already tried to repair them. And mind you still charge me the full $ 55 price. I said no way are you going any further and I got up paid for the pedicure and left. Also would like to say after they said they can do gel but not what was on the color wheel they gave me they were going to charge me $50 instead of the stated $35 price.
