These guys never seem to be able to do a job 100% for me. I've taken in guitars to be set up, only to hear problems with intonation when I pick them up. I've dropped off 2 amps. The first one, I went back to pick it up, and the initial problem I was having was evident immediately after turning it on. The second one, they claim to have identified the problem, but only left one message (which I missed whilst dealing with more pressing issues). I wish they could have had the courtesy to call me or even email me after days of not returning their call. In the end, the amp tech is out of now gone until after I need it back. I expressed my concern over that, and that it was poor customer service to not attempt a second call. I was told to never come back. I never really wanted to go there in the first place, but since they're the only game in town that I can actually get to (I don't own a car). I don't know why I should have to pay $40 for an amp tech to take my speaker out, take a few readings, and then only call me once.
These guys don't seem to have their shit together.
