I bought a coffee maker online and my wife stopped by the store to pick it up. Nobody at the pickup desk. There were a bunch of people nearby but they self described as "employed by Walmart but not employees of this particular store". After wait 10-15 minutes one of them came over to ask my wife if he could help her and went a picked up the product from the Will Call shelf. Kudos to that person. But then she had to wait another 10-15 minutes for a store employee to come process the pickup. Either this is a staffing problem or a management problem. She will think twice about doing an item pickup at Walmart again.
