  • This place is extremely unprofessional. I waited over 45 minutes (not counting the 15 minutes early that I showed up. So I waited for over an hour). The first nurse who "assisted me was extremely rude and discourteous. She never even made eye contact she just told me to "get naked and sit down" then the doctor came in w a similar attitude and rushed me through my appointment. I had some serious questions to which she simply gave me a one liner Amswer w out explaining anything in any detail. There was a freaking dog running around the office... no wonder my allergies started flaring up! Seriously a dog was running around lose in this place. How is that ok??? They should at least tell you they had animals in the place before you book your appointment. The doc had more interest in her side convo about lunch w her co workers than in my appointment. This place is horrible. They are in need of some serious upgrade in service and attitude. I had another experience w this woman, that simply verified how I and apparently everyone else feels about her. Anytime I mentioned her name at the hospital the nurses literally grimaced or sarcastically mentioned how "amazingly nice" she is. I started feeling weird about having her as a doc and when I looked her up, I saw MANY one star or low marks on various rating websites. When everyone dislikes you, you know it's time to change your attitude. I really hope this lady gets it together.
