  • They did my nails great, but their customer service sucks. The ladies are rude, they constantly ask for you to pay like you're gonna up and run out or something. I asked for a matte finish and asked for help with finding a specific nail polish color and they totally just ignore you. Granted, I haven't gotten my nails done in like 5 years, so when they made me sit with my hands the hand dryer, I literally was there for forever because nobody came to check up on me.
