  • I googled quite a few Dr's that met my criteria. Female, board certified being my top 2 things. My experience was really very pleasant. I didn't wait but a few minutes and the assistant was really nice, when Dr. Michaels came in she was very polite and made me feel at ease. She's very knowledgeable and told me what the problem was,I was done in 5 minutes!!! As she talked, I felt so much better because I thought I had something untreatable but she said she had other patients with the same problem and that all would be ok. She took her time, answered all my questions and explained everything that was happening with my skin and why. Knowing why helps so much. I feel very lucky and happy to have found/ picked her!!!
