  • Iv just had a first tonight, a good experience at Pearson!!! With air canada !!!! My mom was flying out and she is a one woman circus show at the airport. She always has too much luggage, everything is overweight, always pays extra, gets her luggage wrapped like a fish, and we always have to shift clothing around from bag to bag....woman does not travel light. For one person she had four huge suitcases. I forget the attendants name but she handled us like a pro. She had a 12 hour shift and was patient, calm, professional and friendly. I wish everyone at the airport was like her
