  • My husband and I checked this place out during a rainy day of our trip to Vegas and weren't impressed. They offered a $5.25/ticket deal on Tuesdays so we decided to take advantage of that. After reaching the top of the escalator, we found a long line waiting to purchase tickets. Already running late for our movie, we decided to save time and split up so I could take care of getting concessions while my husband waited in line to get the tickets. The layout of the concession area and theater entrance area is very confusing. There are multiple counters in the concession area and the whole vicinity was chaos during the time I was there. I went to the first counter I saw only to be told I had to go to one of the other counters to order pop. So I waited in line at one of the other counters. The employees could have been friendlier, but I got our popcorn and pop glasses and proceeded through the very congested area to the soda machines (you get your own pop) where I waited in yet another line. They only have Coke machines (not good for the Pepsi/Mountain Dew people like myself) which weren't working properly. Also, people always take forever to use these machines which is frustrating. The concession area was filthy and the floor near both of the Coke machines was very wet and sticky-disgusting. When we reached our theater, we found it was very small with not a lot of seating. There are no assigned seats and you choose where you want to sit so we wandered to the best seats we could find and settled in. The seats are quite narrow and are very uncomfortable. With more theaters going to the recliner style seating, this place should follow suit as these chairs are old and worn out and especially uncomfortable if you're used to the plush theater recliners like we are. The theater temperature, movie volume, and picture were okay. Since we'd purchased a large pop which came with a free refill, we refilled it on our way out of the theater but this area wasn't monitored at all and I'm sure anyone could have refilled their pops regardless of the size. This theater is in desperate need of updates and attention to cleanliness and order, as well as better concession prices and friendlier employees. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend.
