  • The absolute WORST HOA I've dealt with. If you plan on moving to one of their communities, don't do it! I escalated my issue to the "manager" (Christine Yost) but she was non-responsive. After waiting a week for her response, she provided a one sentence answer and was not worried about providing quality service. Tri-City even failed to comply to a letter they issued to me and even charged me for THEIR error. Never will I ever recommend this HOA to anyone.
