  • Okay, I've been here for a number of different events - Monsters hockey games, Cavs basketball games (blah), and college basketball games. On this occasion I was here for two MAC Tournament basketball games (court side seats!). I was surprised at how empty the arena was, but then again, I suppose they're aren't that many Buffalo U. or Ball St. fans in the area. One thing I would like to point out is that the facility staff - from security to elevator service to concessions - were all outstandingly friendly! It's great to see a large operation like this to have such wonderful people working across all levels. The only thing holding me back from a four-star rating is the exorbitant concession prices ($7.50 for a 12 oz. beer!).
