  • STAY AWAY from South Blvd. this place was great when I moved in last June. I don't know if management changed or what, but things started going downhill in November. The property looks nice, the units look nice but it's cheaply built & absolute Trash lately- people yelling & screaming all the time, blasting music at the pool all day til like 11pm, dog shit is Everywhere despite posted signs and designated doggy areas that have little black bags & trash cans to dispose of poop.. People are always blasting music in their cars, speeding through the complex, getting in to fights/ having domestic disputes. Cops have showed up at least 3x in the last 2months and that's only what I've seen personally. If you don't smoke but your neighbors Do, your apartment will REEK of weed and smoke. Get used to it- there's NOTHING you can do about it. The office might ask if You want to Move apartments..but they're basically telling you you're screwed. Not the type of things you think you'd be dealing with when rent is over $1000+ a month for one bedroom. If you value your money, do NOT move here. If you value your Sleep, do NOT move here. The noise NEVER ends.
