  • Three reviews in one day? Two of them five stars?! And this is my 400th review? Must be my lucky day! Well okay, I don't do this very often, but I am. Here's a list of the "current" ballparks that I have been to. -"New" Yankee Stadium -Citi Field -Camden Yards -Tropicana Field -Nationals Park So now I can add PNC Park as #6. It now takes over as the best ballpark I have been to, passing Camden Yards. PNC Park is absolutely gorgeous. I mean, if you're going to make a new ballpark, this is how you do it. It blends right in with the Pittsburgh skyline as it overlooks the entire ballpark, which adds to the naturalness that this park has. The Allegheny River and Roberto Clemente bridge are most prominently seen. It also feels small, like you're watching a game with 20,000 of your friends, because when there's an exciting play, this park gets loud, really loud. The atmosphere is fun, family-friendly, and creates for a wonderful day of Pirates baseball. There's also plenty of options to get to the game if you don't want to drive. The seats are really comfortable and cheap. We sat just to the right of home plate on the visitors side of the field, behind their dugout. There was ample shade, but our view was never obstructed by it. The food is just okay, a bit overpriced, but wow. I had the best ballpark milkshake. I think it overtakes Shake Shack because while its $10, it is 16 oz and really has an amazing, rich flavor. In addition, I also had a ballpark pretzel, those were average. I did want their Crabfries, but once I took a look at the calorie count, I forced myself not to buy them. While I have heard from people that Wrigley Field has the best ballpark experience, when you take history and nostalgia out equation, there is no doubt PNC Park knocks it out of the park for a grand slam of a time, every time.
