We made an appointment to have locks changed due to an eviction 1 day in advance of the meeting time with the Constable in Henderson. The appointment time the next day was for 830am, and with no call or show by 8:50, we decided to check in with Master Lock. With apparent confusion-they said they would contact the technician. The technician called to say it would be a bit-obviously a communication issue somewhere. When we told the technician that the time was very important-the Constable won't wait-we got rude commentary and no service.
Called another provider to get the whole unit re-keyed and new locks. Can't imagine what all the yelp hype is about as we got nothing but a bad taste in our mouth.
