  • This is just a sales review, not parts or service. I'd only give it one star, but it's a nice looking clean facility, so there's that. The problem is that the sales people are typical high-pressure system house guys. You get passed from person to person, so you aren't sure whom you are dealing with. And they use all the cheesy sales tactics you've been warned about. They'll love you to death if you let them rip you off. But if they smell a well-informed consumer, they run for cover and try to get you out as soon as possible. Watch out for New Mexico Larry with the "bad knee" from playing football, which I guarantee he'll mention. Some kind of sympathy "buy from me please" gig. Old school system operator. If you are a well-informed car buyer, they don't want you and you don't want them. They have plenty of idiot customers apparently, so if you aren't stupid, things get chilly fast. Any reviews that champion the sales experience were either written by the dealership or by people who let the dealership hose them.
