  • Disclosure: I have never used a phone/computer screen repair shop before, so this review is not in comparison to another similar business. With that being said, let me start off with saying I would definitely return to this business if I needed other repairs on electronic screens. The customer service was terrific. I dealt with two different employees of this business when I dropped off my equipment and when I picked it up. Both of the gentlemen were friendly and informative. They estimated and promised the iPad screen would be repaired within two hours, and it was. I did pay approximately $140 for the screen to get repaired and again, I don't know how that compares to other businesses. The store was very clean and professional in appearance. The final repair returned the Apple device looking good as new. And again, the customer service was rather excellent, in this day and age when customer service is typically sub par.
