  • In Las Vegas when it comes to authentic Cuban restaurants, Cuba Cafe is as good as it gets. A hole in the wall place located on Tropicana. Not far off from the strip and UNLV, this place has been in service for quite some time. I usually go to Grandma's house for Cuban food but if I'm in the mood for a cuban sandwich and just feel like dining out, this is the place I hit up. It is pricey so be aware! Walking in and dining, you probably won't be enthused about the decor but the food is worth the experience. I have experienced in some cases a long wait for food, but I still keep going back.
