Be prepared to waste a lot of time when you come here. 35 people waiting, and 2 counters open. If I didn't have a watch I would have thought I was in a parallel universe where time has slowed to a crawl. Each customer transaction is done in slow motion and it is very easy to get into the wrong line or fill out an incorrect form. By slow I mean 3 customers have been completed in the past 30 min! Worse, yet is if there is an extra charge incurred, you have two choices, pay by check or money order; they have not yet gotten up to speed with credit cards. Really? It is 2017!!! One person just had to go through the whole process to to see what she had to pay, and now has gone off to get a money order only to get another chance to wait in line again
The only reason I had to come in the first place was because they made a data entry error! The closest thing I got to an apology was "that's weird."
