  • This is my second time in this location and I don't know what the problem is but they really lack customer service. I wonder if the I doctor knows or even cares but a little kindness or at least act like you give a crap might bring you in more customers I'm assuming they don't get paid on commission. The lady with the curly hair on Saturday - sweetie I'm not sure if your life sucks or what but lose your rude tone you're not the only one that works on the weekends. Maybe I'm being too harsh since nationwide is well known to be on the crappy end but seriously saying hi and being kind will go a long way. I would NEVERRRR get my glasses from this location even if they paid me. Happy Valley nationwide isn't far with better selection and they actually acknowledge you :)
