  • Country Brook are crooks! We moved in and everything was fine. My father is handicap and can't really leave his apartment. Well let me tell you, all those ladies in the office are rude and not genuine! Especially the manager. Do not move here! I repeat! Do not! They will take your money left and right! The office will charge you for anything even if the problem is with them. 2 times there were errors with their echeck payment system, they would not even remove a charge when it was a clear bank error. You will not be able to even work out an arrangement with them. I went to pay the rent 2 hours late around 2am, because the money wasn't in the bank, and the manager had the nerve to say you were 2 hours late. From what I've been told the office doesn't open until 9am! The manager won't even give you the time of day. She is driving off all the good residents who actually want to stay. The people in this complex are good, honest, hardworking people, and the management just doesn't give a rats ass. They are so disrespectful and don't care about anything but wanting money money money. I will be telling everyone about my experience with CB. Just a bad bad place to rent! I'd just like to add, they even wanted more money from me when I moved out ($42) just because I got out of work at 4:30pm and I couldn't turn in the keys till after work. They don't have a drop box, so I couldn't have turned in the keys the night before. As far as I'm concerned they want to charge for every little thing. This is an honest post, as you can see I've been a Yelper for a while now with many reviews and pictures.
