I had a really great lunch but my first thoughts were "holy expensive!"
Visited this spot on a rainy day after eating way too many carbs on the weekend. The lady assisting me was helpful and gave some suggestions for lunch. I had the bloody beet juice, a veggie soup and chickpea brownies. It totalled just over $30. The juice was great, not too sweet as requested, the soup was perrrrrfect and the brownies were delectable. I really like chickpea brownies. So much chocolate and denseness, hit the spot juuuuust right.
I can't swallow the price though. I went home that night thinking I could've had a fine Keg dinner at that price (my usual mental price point reference system).
Will I go back? Yeah, probably. The actual food was decent; the soup was a nice portion and the brownies came in a container of four. The lady offered a 10 juices for ~$100 package. I think I'll opt for that next time since the juice was about $14.00. You buy the package and you can pick up as many or as little juices as you like at any time you like.
