  • At this point, I'm so sad that Amazon even ships with these people. I'm working on getting a refund on a $100 package they just decided to LEAVE at my front door of an apartment complex in Oakland, WHICH NEEDED MY SIGNATURE!!! This is now the second time I have bought something off Amazon, and it was delivered so poorly. The last one I found my package has been thrown through my gated garage door, and I almost ran it over before I got out and realized it was my textbook for my college class. My other item was something I had even paid extra to ship faster because I needed it for work ASAP. They left it without a signature, carelessly by the front door I suppose, and now it has been stolen. My manager even has a note on the door SPECIFICALLY saying please buzz me and I will come get any packages for the apartment. The driver also had my phone number!! So far customer service for Ontrac has been very nice, its just now taking the rest of my day to follow their protocol of missing packages, which is pretty much a waste of time at this point since I just went out and got the item elsewhere... I would honestly just never buy from Amazon again, or definitely clarify you would like anyone else buy OnTrac...
