  • This place SUCKS! I wish I never went to this place. First off. Yes. It might look relaxing, but even during the middle of the day the lady in the front of the store is yelling at her employees at the back of the store through a wall. We are there to relax and have nail services done not listen to the employees get yelled at in a foreign language. Now, I was getting a pedicure. They sat me in a chair and the water was barely warm. I asked the girl if it could be warmer and she told me no because it was already full. I should have stopped then. She proceeded to go on with the pedicure taking through polish off and doing my cuticles. She never once asked if I wanted my nails trimmed. I already trim them myself to avoid getting ingrown nails. Well..once again I tried telling her to stop but she obviously does not understand English enough to follow a simple no. They cut my toe nail so short that it almost bled and even after 5 hours my toe hurts as I am writing this. I asked for the callus remover and the sugar scrub. She barely touched my heels to get the callus off. They were asking all the other patrons what scrub they would like but I was given no choice. The lotion and the massage was almost nonexistent. They left polish on the front of my toes and on the cuticles. A two year old could polish better than these people. Ok so now is the time to pay... well guess what. Even though they have say they take visa and mastercard.... they don't. They have an ATM in the corner that charges at least 2 dollars to use. I should have told them to take their pedicure and shove it where the sun doesn't shine. I reluctantly used the machine and paid these jerks. Will I ever go back? Heck to the no! Will I be telling everyone what crap they have of a nail salon? Yes! Will I post this to as many places as I can because it was that bad? Yes! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Beauty schools are better than this place!
