  • When I was called and offered the opportunity to have Fountain Hills service my air/heat pump, I almost declined because they told me they were taking over from the last company that had serviced my system and tried to sell me what I didn't need...I hate that! I'm so glad I gave them a chance. I was so impressed with specialist Dan Santoro, he was friendly, professional and reassuring. He showed me what issues needed attention, explained why it needed to be done without any "sales pressure"; completed the work quickly and even cleaned up after (I have never had an A/C technician do that!). I'm so happy that they will be caring for my system for the next 3 years -it's a relief to find a quality company with integrity and knowledgeable staff!
