I turn on my AC on the first hot night of the year, only to discover that it wasn't working. I spend the warm night researching companies and left a couple messages. A different company replied first and came out for repairs. The dilemma was do I repair a 15 year old unit or bite the bullet and get a new one. I called friends, family and of course consulted the internet. Later in the afternoon I received a call from Rudy's, apparently the message I left at 6:30 in the morning wasn't exactly clear. I explained my dilemma to the lovely lady that returned my call (unfortunately I can't remember her name). She recommended that I get it fixed and explained exactly why. She also recommended that I go with the other company due to the brand of my unit and the cost of having Rudys come out for an additional diagnostic. So when it is time for me to replace my unit Rudy's will be my first and only call. Receiving solid, honest advice is priceless.
