Banh Mi Boys specializes in Vietnamese style sandwiches. Unfortunately, they don't have any gluten-free alternatives for their sandwich bread. Even their tacos shells are wheat flour based. So I opted for the kimchi fries instead.
These were truly amazing! Smothered in flavorful shredded pork, gooey cheese, chopped green onions and sour kimchi. If you're craving loaded fries, this is the way to go. The perfect balance of flavors and textures: messy, salty and fresh. Don't forget to grab a fork if you're taking it to go.
