  • UPDATE: I felt compelled to update my review. Last Sunday, (On Mother's Day-nonetheless,) I had an appointment with Mike and his crew to clean my carpets and provide me with a quote to clean and reseal my tiles. Mike said that he will be at my house at 9am. Ten minutes to 9, he called to tell me that he was on his way. He arrived at 9 on the nose. A few hours later, my carpets were looking great! Mike also set up an appointment with me to clean my tiles.in 2 weeks. He asked me to move what I can off the floors prior to his arrival and he told me not to worry about the bigger items such as the sofa which he can help me move on the day we have scheduled. His price was very reasonable. Today is Wednesday, I came home from work and to my dismay, one of our dogs was left in a room that was just cleaned. Of course, the dog did his business all over the place. I tried to clean the mess with my carpet cleaning machine and of course, it didn't do justice. I called Mike and he said, "Dan, don't worry! My son will be there in less than 2 hours! We will take care of it!" Joel promptly arrived about an hour and a half later and used the big machine to clean the entire room again at no charge! He didn't use a small portable unit but he ran the hoses and stuff through the house and cleaned the carpets the way he normally does. He didn't half-ass do it even though we were now at 8pm. Mike really knows how to run a business and I'm happy to be a customer of his. Thanks for taking care of me as always.
