| - Lived here from 8/2016 - 8/2017 before I moved for another job
Rent: 900 but increased to 950 in the middle of year I was staying there which I thought sucked for a 1 bed 1 bath
Apartments: The space is huge for a 1 bed 1 bath in my opinion. As someone living alone it was a little bit too big that I would need to buy unnecessary furniture to fill up the spot.
Neighborhood: Place is a quiet neighborhood with families and no one causes trouble. They even have community events sometimes for like 4th of July and there is a costco and eateries across the street and an albertson down the road. Desert ridge is also about 4 miles away which is nice.
Office: club house is full of amenities like a movie theater, pool table, office space, a wine locker, pool/jacuzzi and barbecues, and a gym. I think these amenities are like other places but I think the pool area is nicer. Office also keeps deliveries. I didn't use the amenities much so I cant say anything about it. I used the gym a couple of times, but its small for a frequent gymer. I went to mountainside fitness
Managers: I think this is the best part as they responded to my issues if I needed to fix something and always pick up the phone. They also followed up with me to make sure I got my deposit so that was nice. The ones I dealt with were Amy (left), Megan, Brenda, and Terry (new).
Overall: I really, really liked this place but also I never lived in arizona so the real estate price is really cheap to me and since moving, the experience and price cannot even compare.
