  • I lived here from December 2014-15 and had an overall pleasant experience. The neighborhood was always quiet and clean. Management was actually very helpful and kind unlike most other reviews paint them. The maintenance staff responds to work requests quickly (usually the same day) or they schedule an time the next day when you can expect them. The new kitchen appliances were pretty good and it is hard to find an apartment kitchen as large as the one in the two bedroom apartment here. The dryer is pretty inefficient at drying clothes, but other than that the other appliances all worked well. I think other reviewers just need to realize the basics of apartment living: you need to break your lease properly if you don't want to be charged an arm and a leg, noisy neighbors are going to happen-it's not the management's fault and you need to speak to your neighbors about it, and apartments are priced based on supply and demand so if you move in when there's a lot of demand for the apartment you will pay for it
