  • Every time I come here I am extremely disappointed. One time I went there to get my hair dyed and the stylist was extremely rough with my scalp. She pounded the dye brush onto my head and I actually got a burning sensation. The second time I went to another stylist hoping I would have a better experience. I went there to get a very long bob. I showed the picture to the stylist maybe 6 times and she cut off maybe 5 more inches than I said to. It looks nothing like the picture and now my hair looks completely awful. She even asked if I wanted bangs and I said "no". By the end of the session she said "let me fix up the bangs". She gave me side bangs when I specifically said not to!!! This place is overpriced and the workers do NOT listen to their costumers. I have no idea what to do because my hair is ruined now.
