Had multiple problems with management. We have had to go above the store's management to get anybody to listen to us rather than just run to the defense of the other employees. Last time we went there, my mom and I were standing outside waiting for my dad to bring the car around (we had our service dogs and couldn't walk across the asphalt) and the manager that we had complained about decided to confront us about our complaints, then another manager decided he needed backup (totally inappropriate). He literally came outside just to argue with us, and blocked our ability to get to our car which impeded service dogs at work (which is a felony). Once we find a theatre that is comfortable I doubt we will be back. We did offer to give the higher ups (above in store management) some info on how they can train their employees to actually work with the disabled rather than single them out and use their disabilities against them (which has been done multiple times as well).
Hopefully they learn because they'll screw with the wrong person and probably get sued.
