The staff up front in customer service makes you feel like you're an inconvenience! Sonoma stated we signed a pick up sheet/release form for our grille, which we did not. We had just called in earlier that day to see it was assemble. Two days in a row she would not ring our items up, and pushed us over to another register. We are never offered help with loading heavy items, and I'm 100lbs! She acts like she hates her job and her life, and I'm pretty sure she should work in the back, not up front doing customer service work. We are done, you're welcome for the $3,000 in purchases, and we will remain loyal customers to Lowe's and Menards during our home reno.
