  • NEVER NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I went in with a positive attitude and was excited and nervous about the prospect of buying a car all by myself for the first time. I wanted to trade in my 2009 Toyota Tacoma because it was just too big and was hurting at the gas pump. I had never been in an accident, or even had a ticket for that matter. I took great care of that truck, which only had 18k miles on it. My goal was to trade it in for a 2009 Lexus IS250, expecting to pay a small difference. My salesman was Mauricio. The dealership offered me $24,000 for my truck and with taxes, the differences I owed was $5,200. I felt as though this was an acceptable deal and with all my nerves and butterflies I signed at ALL the dotted lines. Although I had plenty of money to pay it off, I thought with a very low interest rate that this would be a great opportunity for me to finance the difference and build my credit score, as I'm a young lady with very little big purchases. I was out the door and home with my new car, showing it off to friends and calling relatives, when I received a phone call. The dealership wanted the Lexus back, and said that if I didn't bring it back that they would repossess it. Their explanation was that they had not properly looked at my car, nor did they Carfax my vehicle (as I had done theirs) and they had found that prior to my owning the truck, it had been in an accident, unknown to me. All I asked for was proof that I was legally required to return the vehicle, however they never provided me with any evidence, rather they continued to call and leave empty threats on my voicemail. They revealed to me that they "just assume newer vehicles are in good shape". A week later, they towed my car out of my driveway, leaving me stranded at my home with no way to get to work. I filed a police report and hired an attorney. Once the attorney was involved, I went to the dealership to get my personal possessions, including prescription glasses, out of the Lexus. The dealership manager, Tony, refused to let me retrieve my things and actually got in my face, yelling at me until I began to cry. He then walked off and forced one if his pawns to talk to me. Tony is a huge scum bag, which anyone would clearly see after a short encounter. After 6 long weeks of negotiating with their attorney, they were forced to return my Lexus. Buyer beware, this is a horrible, dishonest place full of losers and no one deserves to be treated this way.
