  • I really dont think they were bad at all. No one wants their car towed but it's certainly not their fault. The girls working today were pleasant and so were my husband and I (at least I think we were :)) I know it's a stressful and expensive experience, but just keep your cool..people will treat you as you treat them. That being said, if you have unpaid tickets (not mentioning any names) take care of them before you forget and find out you have a warrant for your arrest (not mentioning any names still, but you know who you are :))
