  • Another tea place ... Four of us on a Monday night decided to give this place a chance. This place was a zoo! People were standing in front of the door and not knowing where to go. The servers were way too busy to do anything about the growing line up. This is a recipe for chaos. We had to fight through the crowd and almost got into an argument before getting a table. When we were finally seated we ordered some hot snacks in the form of some squid balls and fried soft chicken bone pieces. The chicken bones were not nearly soft enough. We split opinions on the squid balls. Some of us felt they were ok but others did not care for the unappetizing appearance. The happy lemon drink was well liked but the cream cap was just ordinary. The main dish we came for was the shovelled ice. We picked the strawberry flavoured one. This might have been where we went wrong. it wasn't bad but after a couple of spoonfuls, we had enough. Everyone else was ordering the green tea flavour and maybe we just ordered the wrong thing. All and all, an average tea place. With the growing number of these places popping up, I don't see myself frequenting this one often.
