  • I went to East Side Laser Center for over a year, 13 treatments to be exact (1 per month), and on the 13th treatment I was severely burned on my face. I would venture to say that the technician was getting "impatient" with the treatments not working and turned up the intensity of the laser to try and speed things up. Its taken a year for the scars to fade. I would stay away. Go to an MD. There are no doctors at East Side Laser Center performing the laser services.
