HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR!
I write very few reviews but felt I needed to share how I was treated today to hopefully prevent other women of color from being treated so nasty.
This was my third visit to Satin Med Spa. The actual tattoo removal service was exceptional done today by Elisa but customer service was horrible. I arrived 10 minutes before my 12:15 pm scheduled appointment but was acknowledged right away. Not a big deal.
Here's what disturbed me....
Question? Do you typically pay before services are rendered or after? My first two appointments I paid after services were provided. Today, I was hounded to pay prior for my services being rendered. I asked if this new change was only for me or all patients. The front desk clerk responded all patients are required to pay prior to their service being rendered. Hummmm, ok...maybe this was new, so I paid, received my service but when walking out saw that another customer of a different race was paying for her service while on her way out. Lies!
I'm convinced they felt I wasn't going to pay, although this was my third visit.
You all should be ashamed for the way you treated me today. I guess I should've have dressed up as I usually do, dressed to the nine with perhaps some of my Yurman jewelry and maybe a Louis Vuitton bag or one of my Celine bags.
As much as I enjoyed my service with Elisa, I'm afraid I wont return. I'd prefer to give my $1,200+ hard earned money to a business that treats all customers the same. Shame on you ladies!
To all the women of color, you were warned. I'm usually not the one to pull the race card but today was blatant and I'm sick of it.
