Bought a mani pedi for both my husband and myself on groupon. Went to the salon and door was locked way after advertise hours of operation without notice posted of hour changes . After I called and left several messages. Trying to make an appointment as required to use groupon. Finally days later I got ahold of someone she refused to make appointment without voucher number ! Which if you open the voucher it will be marked used/active. So when I told her I'm very experienced in groupons and I have never been required to give it for appointment she said well maybe you should get refund. So I had live chat with groupon and filed complaint against them and got refund and will take our business elsewhere! I"ll give you some constructive criticism: if you strive for a full clientele to create a successful business do not push away people that have the ability to make that happen! Remember you never know who that client is or who they may or may not know !!! Very Bad business practices to advertise or give offers you refuse to honor!
