  • The auto repair biz is a tough one! Cant make everyone happy all the time and that even includes me. Sometimes I DO NOT get the news I want to hear but thats not the fault of the service provider. Darren has always been very helpful and accommodating. The Manager above him, Shawn H. Is wonderful. I have always had great luck in dealing with this company. I dont expect a "warm fuzzy feeling" in dealing with anyone so that's not what I look for. I expect honestly and straight talk and the bottom line. Tats what I get from Darren and the guys here. Keep the glitter an unicorns and warm fuzzy feelings for others. Ill take the straight truth.
