If I could give them zero stars, I would. I scheduled service for Saturday and the tech "called out sick". Ok, so the tech wanted a long weekend. But instead of sending someone else they rescheduled for 2 days later, Tuesday. Then I get a call an hour before they were supposed to show saying the tech's car broke down. Do they send someone else? No, they say they don't have anyone else and that the tech will call me when he gets another vehicle. So when do I actually get a call you ask? At 8:30pm, 2 hours after I finally call and cancel service. This place does not have good business practices. Don't waste your time.
