Well, I tried to give them a chance to resolve this issue and it was handled even more poorly. Never got a response or a phone call back from the manager but instead I randomly got a $3.60 credit to my card. That wasn't even the cost of the balloon that was missing. It was a very random amount. It is pretty disappointing that a manager would provide this kind of poor service for a franchise with such a well respected name. Maybe it is just this location. Based on other reviews of this location, it seems they have had problems for quite sometime. I don't want to count out Edible quite yet. There are a handful of other locations in town that have much better ratings. Maybe the store management should take a lesson from those other store managers. People pay good money for this product and expect what they see in the picture if not better. The management and customer service are a joke. Think twice before going to this location.
