MARY: I did not receive a call from you or a voice-mail from you I left two numbers with your "bookkeeper" Deana who again when I asked to repeat my number did not so either she took my numbers down wrong or didn't take them down at all. Weird how you can comment back on yelp but when I call your office you busy or out to lunch and I've been calling 11:00 am this morning. I just called the leasing office again and spoke with India who again said you were unavailable but I had he actually repeat the number so hopefully I can actually receive a call back from you.
Moving into the copper creek apartments has been one of the worst experience with living somewhere ever, especially the moving out process .The paperwork I received said I didn't have to be present for the walk through. I hadn't heard anything back from them I called and spoke with Amanda she is one of the people who do the walk through she said she didn't do the inspection because I wasn't there i pointed out that it says I didn't have to be there she argued with me about it. I was also upset because my lease if up on the 15 but when I signed the paperwork saying i wasnt renewing my lease the s who helped us said that as long as we schedule the walk through a week before we leave we can leave whenever we want. I scheduled it for the first since i am not living there anymore. They are trying to charge me a prorated amount for the 15th even though the lady in the leasing office said i wouldnt be charged if i scheduled the walk through for the first.i asked to speak with the manager Mary the lady I spoke with said she wasn't available and she could help me because she was the "bookkeeper" then she proceeded to interrupt me everytime I tried to speak and I asked her to leave my number for Mary to call me back at she refused to repeat the number back to me and hung up. I really really do not recommend moving here there are so many other issues then just the moving out process!!
