  • The food was great, but it was so slow that night that the huge building just seemed sad. There were only two servers working (?) and so the service was a little slow. In my opinion, the food was better than the other bbq joints that I have tried in Vegas; Memphis Championship, Buzz, TC's, and Famous Dave's.
