  • Prior to the inspection, we received information about what would be inspected and how they would complete this.The inspector was very nice and explained things verbally. However, after we moved in, we began having issues. I immediately contacted the office to see if the company's insurance would cover the thousands of dollars of repair we were now facing, and was told that the information the company provided us prior to the inspection was just general info that didn't apply to our specific inspection.
