  • We showed up on a Saturday without an appointment - just to look - and even though there were a lot of customers in the shop, we were treated exceptionally well. The dressing rooms were full but we were told to go ahead and pull dresses to try on and by the time we had a few pulled, there was a dressing room available. There was no assistant availabe to help for a while, but that was no problem - and when we did get an assistant she was wonderful. I am sorry I don't remember any names, but everyone we were in contact with at Brilliant Bridal was very nice and helpful and I am so glad this was our first stop. We ended up buying a dress that day and the bride-to-be is extremely happy.
