  • I have been to this kiosk twice in the last month... once to buy a watch, and the second time to exchange it, as I just didn't feel as love with the first one as I had hoped. The staff was helpful, (though one of the girls said I couldn't exchange it, when I could). But it was one gal who was there both times, her name was Sioban (spelling) who seemed to really engage with her customers above and beyond. I felt her to be especially helpful and knowledgeable, and thought it was neat that she exited the kiosk and walked around to give me my bag and say thank you. Great customer service from her, I noticed and appreciated it!
