I don't like giving bad reviews and I put this one off for over a year. But they have a Groupon deal going on and I figured it's time for the review. I went here with their business coupon for a discount on botox (not Groupon or Living Social). The discount was nominal but it was my first botox and I wanted to try it. Dr. Brown injected the botox and after it had taken effect, I was somewhat happy with the results a few days later. The problem was at the front desk, when I was charged an EXTRA $100 for seeing the "doctor". I never asked to have the doctor inject the botox, the coupon didn't mention seeing the doctor, nor did it mention anything about an extra $100 for seeing the doctor. Plus the doctor advised an extra 4 units of botox. The woman at the desk said she tried to let people know about the extra $100. No, she did not. I am angry at myself for letting them charge me the extra $100, but as the desk is right in front of the clients sitting there watching this exchange go down, I paid it and left - and never will return. That is devious business practices and so yes, I write this review. Because they deserve it.
