  • Called to schedule an appointment. Guy told me that I will get a call back in a few hours the same day to make the appointment for an estimate. Didn't hear anything back till the next day. Scheduled the appointment for a technician to come in 2 days later. 2 days passes and didn't see or hear from them at all. Finally a week later, Scott shows up to the home unannounced to do the estimate. Gave me an estimate in which I accepted and he told me that they can come back sometime that same week to do the job after I sign the authorization form. He told me that he will email me the authorization form later that night. He didn't email it to me till 2 days later. When I received it, I signed it and emailed it back to him. Now it has been a week and I haven't heard from them at all. THIS IS THE MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER. DON'T USE THESE GUYS AT ALL!
