I love the pho here especially the sate beef #15 , but the service brings everything down. I wouldn't come here if it wasn't for the sate that i really like. I use to be a regular but i am no longer a regular because one time i had a party of 6 -7 people i went to pay for my friends and i . The lady that wears the hat she is the boss i gave her $20 and the rest on debit i thought everything was okay then we started leaving after i pay she shouted " Hey you didn't pay!!" Which then i went up to her and explain how i paid because she was confused with the receipt paper then she was like okay. Didn't even apologize at all it was so embarrassing because that day was also kind of busy. :(
Few months later i went back thought maybe service would get better. Another incident happen. I order #15 i wanted extra noodles and so did my friend , but she wanted round noodles and i wanted the regular noodles. On the paper thing they gave us i put extra noodle and under that extra round noodles. Which i should have put like 1 extra noodles and 1 extra round noodles or something, but i didn't and i thought they knew what i was talking about which i thought wrong. They came out with 2 round noodles and i told them later i put whatever i did and the boss was like " Its your fault" ..in my opinion if they aren't sure what i was talking about they could have asked but they didn't and start saying its my fault. i see its my fault, but where i use to work even if the customer is wrong you don't say that because its basic customer service.
