  • I love this place. We live right next door and always saw the sign for "Free Yoga" but never knew what the deal was. I finally found a coaster they handed out and realized what this place was about since I found their website. Its a non profit org that offers yoga and social activities. Its in a great location for us but its convenient for others in the area. What I love are the class sizes and the focus the teachers can give you on technique - we were also asked what we wanted to focus on for strength or stretching which was pretty cool because it wasn't a cookie cutter class! I can't wait to try more of the classes and come up with a good schedule for myself, but I love this place so much that no class is a bad class to me!
