  • While I was unhappy with some areas of the service I received, I am now impressed by the personal phone call I received from Eric Roy. He listened to my grievances, provided explanations for the things he could, and took genuine ownership in the areas he felt he needed to with an apology. We cannot become great without mistakes; even in business. I believe that the mistakes that were made, won't be made again and because of his willingness to listen with an open mind he will be a great attorney.
